The 21st edition of the Ateliers d’Angers will take place from January 19 to 24, 2026.

Founded by Jeanne Moreau and the Festival in 2005, the Ateliers aim to support the development of first feature films. Since 2022, the Ateliers have been held during the Festival itself. Directors, producers, and renowned industry professionals come together for rich exchanges and numerous networking opportunities.

With the support of experienced professionals, filmmakers have five days to refine their artistic projects through practical training related to the financial and technical conditions of first films. The focus is placed on screenwriting, directing, editing, working with actors, production, and music, depending on the profiles of the participating mentors.

Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra
